Briggs Custom Arms was founded in 2022 with a vision of providing superior, custom-built firearms to the everyday Huntsman, Sportsman, and Civilian.
We have over 100 years of combined experience in the firearms industry. With that experience, we have put together some of the best-performing rifles the industry has seen.
We are continually testing additional firearms and firearm parts as we grow and those firearms and parts can often be purchased directly on our website. If there is a particular firearm or firearm part that we don’t carry, please email us and we will do our best to obtain that part for you.

Seargent Cody Shields
U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Cody Shields, a Zanesville, Ohio native who is an instructor with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, watches over the competitors at the U.S. Army Small Arms Championships at Fort Benning, Georgia March 10-16, 2019. The annual, week-long competition that is hosted by the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit is the Army's premier marksmanship competition that tests Soldiers on both their primary and secondary weapons through 11 different courses of fire.
Andrew Thomson
U.S. Army Specialist, Andrew Thomson, a West Chester, Ohio native was a U.S Army Paratrooper, a State Department contractor, a Department of Defense contractor, a Military Training Analyst for foreign governments, an Electronics Technician for the MQ1 and MQ9 Predator and Reaper Drones, and an Aerostat crew member and Airspace Controller. Andrew has extensive manufacturing experience and is licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Committee to commission and decommission civilian nuclear devices.
Jeff Kaplan
Jeff is one of the founders and owners of Tactical Kinetics in Knoxville, TN. He coordinates all of the travel and materials needed for events and tradeshows. He also manages the production scheduling and fulfillment of orders. Jeff is an avid cyclist, and enjoys bird hunting. He really enjoys meeting the people in the gun industry. Jeff likes the challenge of growing the company, finding people that need services, and building relationships across the country and even internationally. His favorite firearm is the IWI Galil Ace Gen2.
Robert L. Brigeman
Robert L Brigeman served as the Manager of Global Quality Advancement for over 22 years at The Timken Company. He was responsible for global quality systems in providing product, services and support to Aviation, Space and Defense industries, automotive, rail, and wind energy. Robert managed and conducted quality-related and benchmarking consulting assignments on a worldwide basis. He has over 40 years of industry and consulting experience in quality assurance, manufacturing and project management positions in the automotive, aerospace, rubber, machining and related industries. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and a Certified Lead Auditor for both ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. He’s the former treasurer of the local Akron-Canton section of ASQ. Robert also served as treasurer and chairman of the education committee for the local ASQ chapter, including teaching numerous Quality related courses, to a diverse clientele.

Every product is backed by our warranty
All custom firearms manufactured, built, or assembled by Briggs Custom Configurations are eligible for a three (3) year warranty. Briggs Custom Configurations will repair or replace any defective firearms resulting from a manufacturing and/or design defect within three (3) years from the date of purchase.
