Warranty Policy – Custom Firearms 

All custom firearms manufactured, built, or assembled by Briggs Custom Configurations are eligible for a three (3) year warranty. 

Briggs Custom Configurations will repair or replace any defective firearms resulting from a manufacturing and/or design defect within three (3) years from the date of purchase. To qualify for a warranty claim, you must register your firearm within 15 days of receipt. If you believe that your Briggs Custom Configurations purchase is defective in material or workmanship, then written notice with an explanation of the claim shall be given promptly to us, but all claims for warranty service must be made within the three (3) year warranty period beginning on the date of purchase. 

After submission of a written notice of a defective firearm, the customer will be given a Repair Return Authorization Code, which you must include on the inside and outside of the package when returning the product. 

No repair or replacement of any product or part thereof shall extend the warranty period to the entire product. No repair or replacement shall be made for any damage to a product caused by: abuse, improper use, negligence, accident, modification, failure of the user to follow the operating procedures, usage outside the U.S., use of re-loaded or non-standard ammunition, alteration, commercial use such as renting, lending, public display or performance or any other kind of distribution of the products, or failure to perform normal cleaning and maintenance. If a repair fails to remedy the defect, then, and only in such event, shall Briggs Custom Configurations issue you a new firearm. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.

Limitation of Liability 

THE LIABILITY OF BRIGGS CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS, IF ANY, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DAMAGES FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ARISING IN TORT OR CONTRACT, SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WITH RESPECT TO WHICH SUCH CLAIM IS MADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIGGS CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, COMPENSATION, REIMBURSEMENT OR DAMAGES ON ACCOUNT OF THE LOSS OF PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE PROFITS OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON WHATSOEVER.

MODIFICATION WARNINGS

Warranty Void: Altering or modifying parts is dangerous and will void the warranty. Briggs Custom Configurations components are manufactured to perform properly with original parts as designed. Using reloaded ammunition will void your warranty.  

Warranty / Return Policy – Parts & Accessories

For any issues with your order including incorrect, missing, damaged, and/or broken products, you must submit a ticket to __________within 30 days of your package being delivered. Please include photos of the damaged/broken products in the email you send to us. If you are missing products, please include photos of your packaging and note the missing items in your email to us. If customer service is not notified within 30 days of the package being delivered to you, replacements may not be made, and/or compensation may not be issued.  

Briggs Custom Arms will accept all returns with an approved RMA and a subtraction of shipping costs will be applied. You must email or call customer service to obtain an RMA number prior to any return, refund, or exchange. If you fail to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product, the product is not subject to refunds or exchanges and will be shipped back to the customer. All returns must include the original order number, receipt, or invoice. It must also include the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and the RMA number. 

Photos may be required before the return is authorized. Returns, refunds, and/or exchanges may take up to two weeks, not including transit times, for processing after we receive the product(s). Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the returning party with the exception of the wrong item being received or on warranty exchange during the first 30 days after delivery. Items returned for warranty will only be replaced or exchanged, not refunded.

Products not subject to returns include serialized parts, 80% lower receivers, custom configured products, used products, special orders, and items sold “as-is”, “no returns”, or “used”. No items may be returned after 60 days for refund or credit. Refunds will be made against the original credit card used for payment. If the original credit card is no longer valid, an alternative form of payment will be made.
